Meet Smokin’ Mike & family

A local Simi Valley family business, Smokin’ Mikes, was built from the ground up with one clear mission: Offer outstanding service and delicious food for the best price! What started as a BBQ popup on the side of the road in 2023 in Canoga Park, Ca. quickly transformed into a local pickup and delivery service in Simi Valley. With a natural passion for cooking, Mike began serving at local markets, school sporting games and community events, where demand grew for his bold flavors, tender meats, and house-made sides.

As the business grew, so did the connection with the community. Clients requested catering for private events, holidays, celebrations, and community functions, which evolved into a fully licensed and insured catering and meal prep company! Today, Smokin’ Mikes operates out of a health department approved ghost kitchen in Canoga Park and helps busy families simplify mealtime with fresh, weekly ready made meals that everyone can enjoy and a unique BBQ taste that brings everyone to the table! From Holiday dinners to everyday “what’s for dinner?”, the focus is clear: quality ingredients and service you can depend on all at a price that wont break the bank!

I’ve seen this name quite a few times over Facebook group pages. With all the great things I’ve heard we decided to give the food a try. We are so happy we did!!! Delicious!

We tried the brisket, pulled pork and crack beans. You can easily pull the brisket apart, the flavor and smoke was amazing. The pulled pork didn’t even need any extra sauce, it was delicious on its own. Although the BBQ sauce was delicious. The crack beans are just that, you will be addicted! 😆
